6. Accuracy Statement
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed or are authorized to act on behalf of such owner.
Additional Information
- Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Incomplete notices will not be processed.
- False claims may lead to liability for damages.
- We maintain records of all copyright infringement notices received.
